Days before the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, NPYD killed Delrawn Small

Delrawn Small was shot and killed by an off-duty New York Police Department officer during a road-rage incident on July 4, the New York Daily News reported. Authorities have refused to release video footage of the incident – but the case has already sparked local protests in Brooklyn, New York. Small, his girlfriend, their infant son and two of her daughters were in the car when a run in with an off-duty officer turned deadly.
