especially if you’ve been in bed all day and you feel groggy and unproductive

  • clean your room
  • wash you sheets/blankets
  • spray/light fresh smelling scents
  • take a shower (but pls dont leave a candle or incense burning)
  • wash your face
  • brush your teeth
  • go to the bathroom (holding in ur pee is so uncomfortable ok)
  • if you have long hair put it up away from your face
  • just do something you enjoy for a little bit
